Civic Command tracks state legislation in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois. It classifies each bill by its impact on cities and counties, scores how likely it is to pass, flags financial risk such as preemption, unfunded mandates, and funding changes, and sends the right department a daily brief. We plan to expand to other states as we grow.

Sean A. Wilson is the founder of Civic Command. He built the platform because he saw firsthand how local government officials struggled to keep up with state legislation that directly affected their communities.
His background spans civic technology, public administration, and AI-powered automation. He works to bridge the gap between new technology and the practical needs of government leaders who are managing their communities with limited staff and resources.
Sean is also the author of Ready, Not Ready, a leadership book for public servants and organizational leaders, and the founder of Walking in Fruitfulness ministries. He brings both a technical and a human-centered perspective to the problems of local governance.
